Albedo
A terrace at dusk: a coffee cup on a small table facing a calm sunset sea on the left, and on the right a window with rain, a crescent moon and a lit lantern.

Meditations by day.Music by night.

Short resets and focus sessions with Albedo, read in a calm voice, with the sea somewhere behind her.

Lo-fi, quiet piano and sleep sessions with Nightbedo, with rain on the window and a lamp in the corner.

One terrace, two hours of the day. The switch at the top turns the page to the other side.

A day with Albedo

Everything on the channels is made for a moment in the day. Pick the hour you are in.

  1. A one-minute reset

Open your eyes, three breaths, a stretch. A Short before the day starts.

  2. A focus session

Ten minutes to settle in before work or study, with Albedo at the desk.

  3. Music for work

Lo-fi and calm keys in long mixes. Nothing to think about, nothing that repeats.

  4. A wind-down

Nightbedo takes over. Shoulders down, the day put away in a few lines.

  5. A sleep session

A slow body scan that never wakes you. The voice thins out and the music carries on.

  6. The live room

Music only, playing on while you sleep; the meditations are on the channel. The room opens later this autumn.

One person, two hours of the day

A graduate student who likes books, rain, the sea and quiet places. By day she is Albedo, in a white shirt and green trousers. After dark she is Nightbedo, in a shawl with moons on it, and she speaks lower and slower.

Albedo walking down a wet cobbled lane under a green umbrella, laughing, books under one arm, hydrangeas along the wall.

Albedo

One-minute resets, focus sessions and calm mornings.

Nightbedo sitting on a wooden bench in a night tram, headphones around her neck, city lights passing the window.

Nightbedo

Evening wind-downs, music and sessions for sleep.

The first videos arrive on launch day.

Nightbedo sitting in a rowboat on a moonlit lake, a lantern at her feet, pine trees dark on the far shore.

Listen live

The room is open 12 hours a day, from the evening on: music, rain and a lamp that stays on. Leave it playing while you work or fall asleep.

The room is music only. The guided meditations live on the channel, as their own videos.

Where to find her

New meditations and music every week. If you enjoy them, an Albedo app may follow.
